The list of teams in this year’s Vitality Women’s FA Cup has come down to four with the remaining participants looking to book a place in the final at Wembley come May.

Defending champions, Chelsea, booked a place in the last four when they got the better of Reading FC in an all an all-WSL on Sunday.  

Manchester United and Brighton made their way to the semi-final courtesy of victories over second tier opponents in Lewes and Birmingham respectively.

Aston Villa sprung the surprise of the quarter-final stage when a Rachel Daly extra-time goal condemned Manchester City to a defeat, to remain unbeaten against Manchester City this campaign across all competitions.

The semi-final draw for this year’s FA Cup will take place on Tuesday 21 March 2023 at 9:15 (GMT).

The event will be broadcast live this Tuesday on BBC One during Morning Live.

This year’s Vitality Women’s FA Cup semi-final ties will be held on Sunday 16 April 2023.

The teams that emerge victorious in the semi-final are guaranteed a prize amounting to £50,000 with the loosing sides pocketing £12,500.
